When will my order ship?

Your order is dispatched from our EU facility within 1–2 business days, fully tracked — that's our guarantee. Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination: most European orders arrive within the first week, most international orders within two. Express delivery (3–5 business days worldwide) is available at checkout.

Will I pay customs or import fees?

No. Duties and taxes are included in your checkout total — there are no additional charges at delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours at info@opulente.eu with your order number. If your order hasn't been processed yet, we'll cancel it so you can reorder — no friction, no questions.

What if the case doesn't fit or arrives damaged?

Every case is covered by our 30-day return policy and 2-year warranty. Write to info@opulente.eu and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Why does the color differ slightly from my screen?

Monitor settings and screen calibration can shift how colors appear. We photograph every design as accurately as possible — if you have any doubt about a finish, ask us before ordering.
