Opulenté provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects for select phone cases and accessories from the original purchase date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults under normal, intended use — such as:

• Fading or deterioration of printed design
• Peeling, delamination, or defective print surface
• Faulty material or construction

To remain transparent, our warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear from daily use
• Damage from drops, accidents, or misuse
• Heat, water, or extreme environmental exposure
• Installation or removal damage
• Modification or third-party alterations
• Shipping-related damage
• Issues beyond the warranty period

If you’re located in the European Union, your statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Directive and Consumer Sales and Guarantees Directive remain unaffected by this warranty.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect:
1. Email us at info@opulente.eu within the warranty period.
2. Include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos or video of the problem
3. Our Quality Control Team will review and respond with a solution.

If approved, we’ll either:
• Ship a replacement product, or
• Issue a full refund (your choice).

Shipping costs for returning a product for warranty service are the responsibility of the customer. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

Opulenté’s liability is limited to the value of the original product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All warranty claims are governed by the laws of Lithuania, where our brand operates. Disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts.

We reserve the right to update our warranty policy at any time. Any changes will apply to products purchased after the date of the policy update.
